Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Within India

Standard Delivery:  3–7 business  days  depending on your location.

Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically 7–14 business days.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order status directly through the courier’s website.


Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or customs checks may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Vestombrey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy


We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.


How to Make a Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at [your email address].

Exchanges are subject to availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
